The aim was to help beneficiaries generate incomes through online work, while testing how the global digital economy could assist in creating inclusive and better employment opportunities for un-/underemployed women​.

In collaboration with UNDP, CodersTrust launched an introductory course to train 40 students from a specific slum area in Dhaka. Whereas the basic course was focused on upgrading the skills of existing freelancers, the introduction course was focused on identifying high talented people and onboarding them on the freelance market in the lowest paid categories of data-entry, administration, research etc. During a six month course, they were taught basic English and computer skills.

CodersTrust won the funding based on the requirements requested that directed to a field study in both countries for a feasibility analysis, through which CodersTrust would be able to better understand the challenges of these countries, meet with relevant local partners and attend the biggest conference about E-learning in the continent.

Coderstrust was hired with the mission of handling the implementation of the project and conduct trainings in Design, Front and Back End Programming Languages for the local Bangladeshi University students and staff. The course of the project was to train 1000 students in skills needed for the 21st century job market.
