This course will prepare you for all of the above and more. You will be able to control the communication process, use and resist persuasion techniques, give and receive goodwill messages, socialize in business situations, overcome communication barriers, anticipate and deal with cultural differences in terms of communication, structure a presentation, write a cover letter, present information in the form of an infographic, clarify things, address problems and suggest solutions, give and receive negative messages and communicate during meetings.
